Apprentify is looking for a driven and ambitious Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join its expanding team in Cheshire.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone looking to build a successful career in sales from the ground up. You'll start with a comprehensive onboarding programme, including an intensive two\-week sales academy designed to equip you with the skills, confidence, and knowledge needed to succeed. From there, you'll benefit from ongoing coaching, mentoring, and development as you grow within the business.

In your first six months, you'll focus on identifying and engaging prospective customers, qualifying opportunities, and booking meetings for the wider sales team. You'll be at the forefront of the sales process, helping to generate new business relationships and create commercial opportunities.

One of the standout aspects of this role is the variety. Apprentify partners with organisations of all sizes across a wide range of industries, giving you exposure to different sectors, decision\-makers, and business challenges. You'll also be representing a highly regarded brand trusted by organisations including BT, BBC, and Virgin.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Proactively reach out to prospective clients via phone, email, and LinkedIn.

  • Identify, nurture, and qualify new sales opportunities.

  • Conduct research into target businesses and key stakeholders.

  • Arrange high\-quality meetings for the Business Development team.

  • Build rapport and establish relationships with potential customers.

  • Keep CRM records up to date and accurately maintained.

  • Work towards individual and team performance targets.

  • Collaborate with colleagues across sales, marketing, and wider business functions.
