We're looking for driven, competitive and commercially minded people to join our team as Trainee Recruitment Consultants.

Recruitment is a fast-paced, target-driven industry where the skills you've developed in sales, business development, lead generation and relationship management can translate directly into career progression and uncapped earning potential.

No previous recruitment experience is required. If you can build relationships, pick up the phone, handle objections and close a deal, we'll teach you the recruitment side.

What You'll Be Doing As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you'll develop both your sales and recruitment skills while building your own client and candidate network.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Business development and generating new clients

  • Making outbound sales calls

  • Headhunting candidates

  • Meeting candidates and clients

  • Negotiating salaries

  • Closing
