<p>We're looking for an Enterprise Account Executive to drive consistent, scalable revenue across enterprise customers and be the execution engine behind Oasis' growth. <br>You will own the pipeline, run disciplined sales cycles, and bring predictability and rigor to how we win.</p>
<p><strong>What You'll Do</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Own the full sales cycle from pipeline generation to close</li>
<li>Build and maintain strong, qualified pipeline</li>
<li>Run structured, repeatable sales processes</li>
<li>Drive deal progression across multiple opportunities</li>
<li>Partner with SEs while moving deals forward independently</li>
<li>Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline hygiene</li>
<li>Balance effort vs impact across deals</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>What we're looking for</strong></p>
<ul>
<li class="whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">5-10 years of enterprise sales experience</li>
<li class="whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Cybersecurity experience required; background in identity security is a strong advantage</li>
<li class="whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Consistent track record of hitting or exceeding quota</li>
<li class="whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Experience managing multiple complex deals in parallel</li>
<li class="whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Strong forecasting and pipeline management skills</li>
<li class="whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Ability to operate in fast-paced, high-growth environments</li>
</ul>
