£80,000 \- £85,000 \+ Uncapped Commission
London office with remit for Hybrid/ Remote working (1\-2 days in office)
The Role
As an Enterprise Account Executive, you'll be responsible for driving new business sales across the UK enterprise market, focusing on complex, consultative solution sales into large organisations
This role is suited to experienced enterprise sellers who thrive in high\-growth, evolving environments and enjoy building opportunity within a business. You'll manage long sales cycles, engage multiple senior stakeholders, and lead strategic sales opportunities from discovery through to close.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive new business acquisition across UK enterprise accounts
- Build relationships with senior stakeholders and decision makers
- Manage complex, consultative sales cycles (typically 9\-12 months)
- Lead high\-value enterprise opportunities, often exceeding £1m\+ TCV
- Develop tailored, solution\-led proposals aligned to customer needs
- Collaborate cross\-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams
- Maintain accurate pipeline management and forecasting
- Apply structured sales methodologies such as MEDDICC / MEDDPICC throughout the sales process
- Proven enterprise SaaS or technology sales experience
- Strong track record in new business, consultative enterprise sales
- Experience managing complex, multi\-stakeholder sales environments
- Background selling bespoke or multi\-product solutions
- Strong commercial, negotiation, and relationship\-building skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate autonomously
- Experience using MEDDICC / MEDDPICC methodologies
- Background in learning tech, workforce development, or HR tech is highly advantageous
- High\-growth environment with significant autonomy
