Enterprise Account Executive - DACH Region

<li><strong>The Account Executive</strong> (aka Digital Transformation Advisor) is responsible for end-to-end sales cycles, engaging with finance leaders across the DACH region to showcase how our AI-powered solutions can transform their financial operations. </li>

<h1><strong>Your Day-to-Day</strong></h1>
<ul>
<li>Critical member of a consultative sales team with a core focus on developing and closing new business opportunities with your assigned accounts</li>
<li>Maintain expert knowledge of Highradius solutions to ensure current and potential new customers have appropriate expectations for products and services</li>
<li>Aggressively drive the development of the sales pipeline by prospecting and performing outbound sales activities such as lead follow-up, sales qualifications.</li>
<li>Manage and forecast sales activity and opportunities by flawlessly executing the HighRadius sales process and playbook </li>
<li>Attend industry events, such as user groups, tradeshows and conferences, to meet new prospects and customers</li>
<li>Conduct research on competitors, market and industry trends</li>
<li>Ability to articulate abstract ideas clearly and provide a robust business case for new initiatives with customers</li>
</ul>
<h1><strong>What you’ll need to be successful</strong></h1>
<ul>
<li>Must be fluent in German and English </li>
<li>Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or adjacent field is desired</li>
<li>5+ years of experience in a value-based sales model, preferably in IT Services &amp; Consulting or SaaS industry.</li>
<li>Ability to communicate value to senior-level executives and proven experience in building and sustaining strong strategic relationships</li>
<li>Excellent written &amp; verbal communication and presentation skills</li>
<li>Ability to manage strategic, consultative selling tactics and techniques</li>
<li>Ability to travel to client sites &amp; industry events up to 50% of the time</li>
