I C Talent is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated English Teacher to join a welcoming and supportive school in Long Sutton from September.

This is a full-time position with the opportunity for a permanent contract for the right candidate.

The Role:

• Deliver engaging and inspiring English lessons across the relevant key stages.


• Plan, prepare, and assess lessons in line with the national curriculum.


• Create a positive learning environment that supports student achievement and progress.


• Encourage a love of literature, language, and learning among students.


• Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and school leaders to ensure the best outcomes for students.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.


• Experience teaching English within a secondary school setting.


• Strong classroom management skills.


• A passion for English and helping students achieve their full potential.


• An enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one).
