About the Role
Are you an Electrically biased Engineering Technician?
Come and play an integral role in troubleshooting equipment issues, conducting root cause analysis (RCA), and implementing long\-term reliability solutions. You'll be managing spares and purchasing systems, conducting criticality and obsolescence assessments, and help streamline operations, supporting Continuous Improvement.

Shift pattern: Monday to Friday, 8am to 4:30pm (30 min break)
In addition to your base salary, you'll receive the below:
This role includes call\-outs (1 in 5 weeks), entitling you to a monthly on\-call retainer of £220 \+ mileage paid. Any additional hours worked on site will be paid at a premium. This will be discussed throughout the recruitment process.

Essential Skills
What you'll bring to Northwood:
- Growth mindset with proactive thinking style
- NVQ Level 4/HNC in Mechanical or Electrical Maintenance (or equivalent)
- 18th Edition Electrical Qualification, or alternatively, completion of a time\-served apprenticeship
