Salary: £25,000 - £35,000 Basic Salary (DOE) + Uncapped Commission

The Role As an Engineering Recruitment Consultant, you'll be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, developing client relationships, sourcing high-quality candidates, and helping businesses secure the talent they need to grow.

Key Responsibilities • Building and developing relationships with engineering clients

• Identifying and winning new business opportunities


• Sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates


• Managing the recruitment process from vacancy qualification through to placement


• Advertising vacancies and proactively headhunting talent


• Negotiating offers and managing the onboarding process


• Maintaining a strong pipeline of candidates and vacancies


• Working towards individual and team performance targets

What We're Looking For • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ambitious, resilient, and commercially minded individuals


• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail


• Confidence building relationships with clients and candidates


• Previous recruitment, sales, engineering, or customer-facing experience is advantageous but not essential


• A genuine desire to build a successful career
