GEA are looking for a proactive Project Administrator to support engineering projects from planning to completion. If you enjoy coordinating teams, managing schedules, and keeping projects on track, this role is perfect for you!
What You’ll Do:
- Set up projects in our project management system
- Liaise with engineers to schedule and re\-schedule field crews and plant
- Organise site logistics including parking, waste removal, and plant off\-hire
- Raise purchase orders and ensure invoices are approved by engineers
- Collate project documentation including processing drilling records and laboratory test results
- Maintain the safety log for on\-site engineers
- Provide general project administration and co\-ordination
- Experience in administration. project support
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and attention to detail
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project systems
- Supportive and collaborative team environment
- Opportunity to work closely with engineering and project teams
