An ideal candidate for us is an experienced engineering manager who has strong background in software development combined with proven leadership skills to mentor and grow high-performing engineering teams. This team is focused on building high performance scalable microservices with test driven development mindset. 
 Key Responsibilities: 
<ul>
<li>Be part of the Outbound Campaigns Team, focused on building the next generation outbound campaigns management features in the public multi-cloud and hybrid-cloud solutions. </li>
<li>Lead, mentor, and develop a team of engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation. </li>
<li>Oversee the design, development, and execution of engineering projects, ensuring quality, timelines, and budget compliance. </li>
<li>Provide technical guidance and mentorship to engineers on the team </li>
<li>Conduct code reviews and ensure high code quality and standards adherence </li>
<li>Identify technical debt and propose and implement solutions for improvement </li>
<li>Stay updated on emerging technologies and best practices in software engineering </li>
<li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams like Product, Quality, Ops and other development teams to drive technical initiatives forward </li>
<li>Conduct performance evaluations, set career development goals, and support professional growth for team members. </li>
</ul>
 
Requirements: 
<ul>
<li>Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master's degree preferred) </li>
<li>12 + years of experience in designing and developing distributed, and scalable systems, with at least 3 years in a leadership or management role </li>
<li>Experience in breaking down monoliths into microservices with an emphasis on resiliency </li>
<li>Proven experience managing and scaling engineering teams. </li>
<li>Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills. </li>
<li>Familiarity with Agile methodologies, DevOps practices, and modern engineering workflows. </li>
<li>Experience working with cloud platforms, CI/CD pipelines, and scalable architectures is a plus </li>
<li>Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically </li>
<li>Excellent communication and collaboration skills </li>
<li>Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment </li>
<li>You understand what it takes to run mission critical software in production </li>
</ul>
