Job Summary

To provide cost effective quality solutions to all aspects of engineering to deliver sites as per business requirements

Responsibilities

This role will involve delivering detailed engineering viability information to support the land acquisition process and supporting with tender and construction engineering drawing preparation. The successful candidate will support the Story Homes vision and growth plans by managing schemes from a technical perspective from conception through to handover and issue of the engineering construction pack.

Experience

We are looking for someone with; Pre\-development engineering experience in the housebuilding industry, excellent attention to detail and multi\-project management and IT skills
