IAM Engineer – Drive Cyber Resilience \& Identity Transformation

Your Mission

As part of a forward\-thinking IAM team, you will play a pivotal role in delivering a major Identity Governance \& Administration (IGA) initiative. Acting as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, you will ensure seamless alignment and successful project outcomes.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to the design and optimization of IAM workflows (access requests, approvals, provisioning, recertification, etc.)


• Support the deployment of a leading IGA solution:

+ Collaborate with IT teams, business units, and external partners to resolve implementation challenges
+ Validate IAM processes (JML lifecycle, access requests, etc.) through testing and quality assurance
+ Document requirements, procedures, and functional specifications
+ Develop and update training materials for end\-users and approvers
+ Facilitate workshops to enhance adoption and user experience

• Define and implement RBAC models in collaboration with stakeholders


• Contribute to IAM reporting and KPIs (SoD violations, access reviews, orphan accounts, etc.)

Your Profile

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Business Analysis, or similar


• 5\+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or IAM/IGA Specialist


• Strong expertise in IAM concepts: JML, RBAC, SoD, least privilege, recertification


• Hands\-on experience with at least one IGA solution (mandatory)


• Solid knowledge of Active Directory, LDAP, SSO (SAML/OAuth)


• Proficient in data analysis tools (SQL, Excel, Power BI/Tableau)

Languages
