Here's The Plan is seeking a proactive and detail\-oriented Energy Compliance Analyst to support clients in meeting energy and environmental compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for clients and industry stakeholders.


• Manage client records, accounts, and compliance documentation.


• Collect, review, and submit compliance data to regulatory bodies.


• Coordinate energy assessments, audits, and certification processes.


• Support with environmental reporting requirements.


• Monitor regulatory changes and maintain compliance processes.


• Assist with invoicing, credit control, and general administration.


• Research prospects, support marketing campaigns, and identify business development opportunities.


• Contribute to the continuous development and improvement of internal systems and databases.

• Strong communication, research, and organisational skills.


• Excellent attention to detail and analytical ability.


• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; database management experience desirable.


• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.


• Professional, collaborative, and self\-motivated approach.


• Comfortable building relationships and communicating with a range of stakeholders.
