End of Tenancy & Property Support Operative
Light \& Airey Services Ltd is looking for reliable, hardworking and detail\-focused individuals to join our growing End of Tenancy \& Property Support team across Bristol and surrounding areas.
For over 20 years, we have delivered professional cleaning and property support services to housing providers, accommodation companies, commercial clients and property managers across the South West.
We are looking for people who take pride in their work, work well within a team and can maintain high standards within fast\-paced environments.
This role involves preparing properties to a professional standard ready for new occupants, contractors or client handover.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out high\-standard end of tenancy and property turnaround cleaning
- Complete deep cleans, sparkle cleans and communal area cleaning
- Clean kitchens, bathrooms, appliances and internal areas thoroughly
- Follow company specifications and job instructions
- Work efficiently to meet property turnaround deadlines
- Report damages or maintenance issues where identified
- Maintain professional standards on all jobs
Bristol and surrounding areas.
A full UK driving licence is preferred but not essential.
Hours
- Flexible working patterns available
- Additional hours available during busy periods
- Mixture of scheduled and short\-notice work
- Opportunities for ongoing commercial and specialist cleaning work
Pay is based on:
