We’re looking for a confident, strategic thinker with a strong background in HR and project delivery:

• Extensive experience managing complex HR / ER transformation projects


• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools


• Deep understanding of Employee Relations and HR processes


• Proven ability to work cross-functionally and influence a wide range of stakeholders


• Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics


• Highly organised, detail-focused, and able to manage multiple priorities under pressure


• A calm, proactive approach with excellent problem-solving skills
