The role
------------

Come and join St Richards Hospice on a journey of compassion, care, commitment ad professionalism to our staff, volunteers and patients.We are looking for a conscientious Employee Relations Advisor to come and support our People Services team. We are an engaged team who value our contribution to the Hospice and have people at the heart of all that we do.

This post requires a Standard Disclosure and Barring Service check.

About you
-------------

We need someone with experience of managing complex HR processes and cases. Who is driven, can articulate procedures well and hold their own caseload following ACAS Code of practice principles, understand Employment Law and be able to build design and navigate policies and procedures whilst advising managers.
