Responsibilities
- General administrative and reception duties such as processing mail, answering and transferring incoming telephone calls as well as receiving and entertaining guests
- Preparing the meeting rooms
- Ordering office supplies and consumables
- Coordinating caretakers and cleaning staff
Qualifications
- Successfully completed training as an office administrator desirable or corresponding professional experience in the reception area and/or in the administrative area
- Friendly and confident manner in dealing with guests and colleagues; strong service mentality
- Organizational skills as well as structured and independent way of working
- Flexibility in terms of time
- Good MS\-Office skills (especially Outlook, Excel)
- Basic knowledge of English
