We are looking for 3 Employee customer service \- we have 1 FTE and 2 part time positions available.
Responsibilities:
- as a Customer Service Employee, you will be managing the daily operations for our pharmaceutical customers.Tasks include processing of the daily order flow through order entry,
- managing the incoming goods
- inventory management
- invoicing
- reporting to customers
- guiding and handling complaints and irregularities
- coordinating both national and international shipments,
- complying with agreed procedures and monitoring compliance with these procedures on behalf of client(s), while specifically taking into account quality, efficiency, costs, environment, product characteristics, batches/lot numbers, and quantities
- In the process you are directly in contact with both the customers as our internal departments such as warehouse, transport planning, and quality
Candidate \- full time
- Minimum MBO\+ / HBO level in a business\-related subject or comparable business experience
- Good level of English
- Dutch it is preferable, but not a hard requirement
- Customer focused and service\-minded with outstanding communication skills
- Adaptable and able to work under pressure
- Good people manager
- Be able to push back to customers/transporters
- Capable of working in a team
- Good practice in MS office.
- Experience with WMS/ERP systems it is preferable
- Minimum MBO\+ level of education
- Experience in a role in Customer Service and/or logistics is a pré
- Good level of English
- Professional working proficiency in Dutch
- Accurate worker
- Works well individually
- Good practice in MS office.
- Experience with WMS/ERP systemsit is preferable
- A start salary between €3034 and €3840 gross monthly based on 40 hours
- During start\-up, we expect the candidate to work fully from the office
- 8% holiday pay
- 25 days of leave
