Employee Benefits Administrator
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a leading and rapidly growing wealth management business as an Employee Benefits Administrator. This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and proactive administrator looking to develop a long-term career within Employee Benefits, working alongside an experienced and supportive team.
You'll play a key role in supporting Consultants and Corporate Clients, helping to deliver a first-class service across a range of Group Risk and Healthcare arrangements. This is a varied role offering exposure to all aspects of employee benefits administration, with genuine opportunities for ongoing training and career progression.
Key responsibilities include:
- Acting as a key point of contact for clients, responding to day-to-day enquiries in a professional and timely manner.
- Supporting the annual renewal process by collecting and validating membership data, liaising with insurers and assisting with recommendation reports.
- Administering Group Risk claims and underwriting processes.
- Managing joiners, leavers and other mid-term scheme amendments.
- Producing annual accounts and ensuring accurate client records are maintained.
- Assisting with invoicing and monitoring outstanding payments.
- Building strong working relationships with clients, consultants and insurers.
- Maintaining high levels of accuracy whilst managing multiple deadlines.
- Previous experience within an administration or client support position.
- Excellent organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.
- The ability to prioritise workloads and work effectively to deadlines.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- A proactive, positive and team-focused approach.
