An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a leading and rapidly growing wealth management business as an Employee Benefits Administrator. This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and proactive administrator looking to develop a long-term career within Employee Benefits, working alongside an experienced and supportive team.

You'll play a key role in supporting Consultants and Corporate Clients, helping to deliver a first-class service across a range of Group Risk and Healthcare arrangements. This is a varied role offering exposure to all aspects of employee benefits administration, with genuine opportunities for ongoing training and career progression.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Acting as a key point of contact for clients, responding to day-to-day enquiries in a professional and timely manner.

  • Supporting the annual renewal process by collecting and validating membership data, liaising with insurers and assisting with recommendation reports.

  • Administering Group Risk claims and underwriting processes.

  • Managing joiners, leavers and other mid-term scheme amendments.

  • Producing annual accounts and ensuring accurate client records are maintained.

  • Assisting with invoicing and monitoring outstanding payments.

  • Building strong working relationships with clients, consultants and insurers.

  • Maintaining high levels of accuracy whilst managing multiple deadlines.

The successful candidate will ideally possess:
  • Previous experience within an administration or client support position.

  • Excellent organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail.

  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.

  • The ability to prioritise workloads and work effectively to deadlines.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • A proactive, positive and team-focused approach.

Previous experience within Financial Services, Insurance or Employee Benefits would be highly advantageous, particularly exposure to Group Life Assurance (GLA), Group Income Protection (GIP), Private Medical Insurance (PMI) or Workplace Pensions. However, candidates with strong administrative experience from other professional services backgrounds will also be considered.

In return, you'll receive a competitive salary of up to £34,000, a discretionary bonus, flexible hybrid working (typically 2–3 days in the Stevenage office), generous pension contributions, private medical insurance, life assurance, income protection, study support, 25 days' annual leave plus bank holidays, additional Christmas office closure, flexible benefits and genuine opportunities for career progression within a highly successful and expanding organisation.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing Employee Benefits team where you'll receive ongoing support, structured development and the chance to build a long-term career within a successful wealth management business.
