We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist EMEA to join our Global Talent Department in Barcelona. In this role, you will support recruitment across EMEA, managing multiple requisitions across different countries, functions, and seniority levels — in alignment with business needs and global TA processes. Reporting to the EMEA Talent Acquisition Manager, you will act as a strategic partner to hiring managers, owning the full 360° recruitment lifecycle with proactivity, accountability, and a strong focus on candidate experience.
Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously across EMEA, covering different business areas and seniority levels.
- Act as a trusted Talent Acquisition partner and advisor to hiring managers across the business.
- Proactively identify, approach, and engage passive candidates through headhunting and market mapping.
- Source, screen, and engage candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, iCIMS, and other channels.
- Partner with hiring managers to define hiring strategies and provide market insights.
- Coordinate interviews, candidate feedback, and process updates across multiple stakeholders and locations.
- Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the full recruitment lifecycle.
- Maintain accurate data in iCIMS and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- 4–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition within an international environment.
- Strong experience in headhunting and passive candidate sourcing.
- Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions across different markets and functions simultaneously.
- Hands\-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and iCIMS.
- Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proactive, autonomous, and solutions\-oriented mindset with strong ownership and accountability.
- Professional fluency in English required; additional European languages are a plus.
- Based in Barcelona or within commuting distance.
