We are looking for a precise, proactive, and analytical Junior Controller to join our team. In this role, you will act as a key bridge between our Technical Areas, Project Management, and Finance departments. You will work closely with and support the Manager in planning, tracking, and optimizing external engineering resources managing purchase requests, and ensuring strict alignment between project workloads, budgets, and actual costs.
Job Description
- Define, with Technical Areas (Chief Projects and Area Managers), requests of External Assignments and collect them, verifying coherence with Budget and arranging the documentation for authorisation process.
- Support Technical Areas in the requests’ definition, verifying coherence between the purchase request and related documents raised by Technical Area to define the activity (time schedule, costs).
- Edit and update the external hours database, verifying data of Purchase Requests and Orders.
- Contribute to prepare monthly Reports on external hours, analysing budgeted, authorized, committed and Actual.
- Monitor headcount data to verify actual working hours, supporting also Planning Department to estimate available workload.
- Junior
- Master's degree in Economics or Management Engineering
- SAP and Office package (Access is a plus);
- Good English written and spoken;
