Electronics Engineer (VIE) - F/M/X
Job description
At Amaris Consulting, we are looking for a motivated Electronics Engineer to join an exciting engineering project and contribute to the development and completion of electronic system requirements for advanced embedded products in Luxembourg.
This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates, VIE candidates, and junior to mid\-level consultants looking to strengthen their expertise in electronics, embedded systems, and requirements engineering within an international environment.
Your Responsibilities
Analyze and complete electronic system requirements documentation.
Review and interpret electronic schematics and PCB layouts.
Read and understand embedded firmware written in C/C\+\+ to extract functional and behavioral requirements.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams to gather, clarify, and document system requirements.
Write clear, structured, and testable requirements using industry standards (SHALL, SHOULD, MAY).
Define and document hardware and software interfaces, including:
Electrical characteristics
Communication framing
Timing constraints
Data and byte layouts
Manage requirements traceability throughout the development lifecycle.
Participate in architecture reviews and technical discussions to ensure consistency between design and requirements.
Your Profile
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics Engineering or a related field.
Ability to read and interpret electronic schematics and PCB layouts.
Understanding of embedded software and ability to read C/C\+\+ code.
Experience or strong interest in requirements engineering and technical documentation.
Knowledge of communication protocols such as
UART
CAN
SPI
I2C
Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Nice to Have
Knowledge of power electronics architectures, including:
Gate drivers
Half\-bridge and full\-bridge topologies
Bootstrap circuits
Experience with simulation tools such as:
MATLAB/Simulink
LTSpice
QSPICE
Similar modeling and simulation environments
Previous exposure to embedded systems development or electronics design.
