About the Role We are seeking skilled and motivated Electronics Engineers to join our growing team, supporting the service, maintenance, and repair of electronic systems across a range of environments. High Voltage, Marine, Defence and Medical Industry environments.

This role offers flexibility with both site-based positions and field service opportunities, providing variety and the chance to work on cutting-edge equipment in real-world operational settings.

Key Responsibilities • Diagnose, repair, and maintain electronic systems and equipment.

• Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive fault-finding.


• Install and commission electronic systems where required.


• Interpret technical drawings, schematics, and manuals.


• Ensure all work is completed in line with safety, quality, and compliance standards.


• Maintain accurate service records and documentation.


• Support continuous improvement by identifying recurring faults and recommending solutions.

Field Service (where applicable) • Attend client sites to diagnose and resolve technical issues.

• Manage service calls efficiently to meet SLAs and customer expectations.


• Provide excellent customer service and technical support on-site.

Site-Based (UK wide where applicable) • Support on-site maintenance operations within a structured engineering environment.

• Work closely with wider engineering and operations teams.

Skills & ExperienceEssential • Experience in electronics service, maintenance, or repair.

• Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills.


• Ability to read and interpret circuit diagrams and technical documentation.


• Good understanding of electronic components and systems.


• Full UK driving licence (for field-based roles).


• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Desirable • HNC/HND or Degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or related discipline.

• Experience working in regulated or secure environments (e.g. FM, defence, rail, healthcare).


• Knowledge of PLCs, control systems, or communication systems.


• Previous field service experience.
