Electro /Mechanical Project Engineer

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Electro/Mechanical Project Engineer to lead and manage complex engineering projects within our organisation. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in electrical and mechanical systems, system design, and software integration. This role involves collaborating across multidisciplinary teams to develop innovative solutions within the commercial and leisure marine markets.

• Solar system design and installation an advantage but not essential.


• Participate in project planning meetings to define scope, milestones, and resource requirements; monitor progress throughout project lifecycle.


• Document technical specifications, test procedures, and validation reports to facilitate knowledge sharing and future reference.

• Proven experience in electrical / mechanical engineering with a strong understanding of system design principles.


• Full UK driving license as this role requires site and installation visits throughout the UK and overseas when necessary.


• Skilled in schematic creation and interpretation.


• Confident to work alone or lead our team on customer sites


• Relevant degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering; additional certifications in automation or embedded systems are a plus.
