A well-established and growing engineering manufacturer in East Kent is looking to recruit multiple Electro-Mechanical Assembly Operatives to support continued growth within its production team.
This opportunity will suit candidates with experience in mechanical or electro-mechanical assembly who are confident working to technical instructions and take pride in producing high-quality, accurate builds.
Key Responsibilities
- Assembly of mechanical and electro-mechanical components
- Working from engineering drawings and written work instructions
- Use of hand and bench tools, including torque-controlled equipment
- Building sub-assemblies and final assemblies to required standards
- Maintaining a strong focus on quality, accuracy and attention to detail
- Previous experience in mechanical or electro-mechanical assembly
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings and instructions
- Good technical understanding and manual dexterity
- Strong attention to detail and quality-focused approach
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
- 7 permanent positions available
