As a Solar Electrician you will be responsible for the installation and commissioning of Solar PV systems primarily on residential properties. You will receive 6 weeks of complete and thorough industry\-specific training.
Responsibilities Include:
- Install solar panels and electrical components according to Safe electric specifications and SEAI code of practice.
- Conduct electrical inspections and maintenance on solar systems.
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical issues in solar systems.
- Test and verify system performance using specialised equipment.
- Provide technical assistance to customers regarding their solar systems.
- Work with the team to ensure projects are completed on time.
- Keep accurate records of all work performed and materials used.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards.
- Qualified Electrician ideally with 3\+ years domestic experience
- Live within a commutable distance of Cashel, Co. Tipperary.
- Knowledge of electrical codes and standards.
- Experience with electrical testing equipment and tools.
- Excellent problem\-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Test \& Verification certification would be an advantage.
- Valid driver's license.
- €68,000 \- €78,000 Annually DOE
