We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Electrical Supervisor to oversee electrical operations within our organisation. The ideal candidate will possess strong management capabilities, supervising experience, and proficiency with Primavera P6\. This role involves leading a team of electricians, ensuring safety standards are maintained, and coordinating electrical projects efficiently. The successful applicant will play a vital role in maintaining the integrity and safety of our electrical systems while ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily electrical activities across multiple projects, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.
- Manage and mentor a team of electricians, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
- Plan and schedule electrical work using Primavera P6 to optimise project timelines and resource allocation.
- Oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems in compliance with industry regulations.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure project specifications are met effectively.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, safety compliance, and quality of work performed.
- Prepare detailed reports on project status, resource requirements, and potential risks for management review.
- Ensure all work is carried out within the stipulated budget and timeframe.
- Proven experience in supervising electrical teams within industrial or commercial settings.
- Strong management skills with the ability to lead diverse teams effectively.
- Proficiency in Primavera P6 project management software is essential.
- Extensive knowledge of electrical systems, safety standards, and industry regulations.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks efficiently.
- Relevant qualifications in electrical engineering or a related field are highly desirable.
- Demonstrated problem\-solving abilities coupled with excellent communication skills.
Pay: £34,382\.79\-£70,000\.00 per year
