We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Electrical Supervisor to lead and oversee electrical projects within the industrial and commercial sectors. It will be site based, we work all over the UK.
This role is vital in ensuring the successful planning, execution, and completion of electrical installations, and upgrades. As an energetic leader, you will coordinate teams, manage resources, and uphold safety standards to deliver high\-quality results that meet project specifications and client expectations. Your expertise will drive efficiency, foster teamwork, and ensure compliance with industry regulations, making a tangible impact on our projects’ success.

- Supervise electrical installation, and repair activities on industrial and commercial sites, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.
- Coordinate daily work schedules for electrical teams, assigning tasks effectively to optimize productivity and meet project deadlines.
- Monitor project progress using management tools such as Primavera P6 to track timelines, resources, and costs accurately.
- Conduct regular site inspections to verify work quality, safety compliance, and adherence to technical specifications.
- Lead troubleshooting efforts for complex electrical issues, providing technical guidance to team members.
- Foster a collaborative team environment by supervising supervising experience staff, providing mentorship, training, and performance feedback.
- Proven experience in supervising electrical projects within the industrial or commercial sector with a strong management background.
- Demonstrated supervising experience with a track record of leading successful teams on large\-scale projects.
- Proficiency in project management software such as Primavera P6 is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of electrical codes, safety standards (such as OSHA), and industry best practices.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
- Effective communication skills to coordinate with clients, contractors, suppliers, and team members.
- Relevant technical qualifications or certifications in electrical engineering or related fields are preferred.

Pay: £34,582\.21\-£60,000\.00 per year
