About the Role

NRT Group is looking for an experienced Electrical Rewire Engineer / Qualified Electrician to join our team, working across Hackney and East London.

We are looking for a reliable and skilled electrician with strong domestic rewire experience, who takes pride in their workmanship and is looking for a long\-term opportunity with a growing company.

What You'll Be Doing

• Carrying out full and partial domestic electrical rewires.


• Installing sockets, switches, lighting and consumer units.


• Completing first and second\-fix electrical work.


• Carrying out electrical upgrades and remedial works.


• Diagnosing and resolving electrical faults.


• Working in occupied and unoccupied residential properties.


• Working in accordance with BS 7671 / 18th Edition Wiring Regulations.


• Liaising professionally with customers, site managers and other trades.


• Maintaining a clean, safe and professional working environment.


• Completing job sheets and relevant paperwork.

• Qualified electrician with relevant electrical qualifications.


• 18th Edition Wiring Regulations.


• Proven experience with domestic rewires.


• Good knowledge of residential electrical installations.


• Strong fault\-finding skills.


• Full UK driving licence.


• Reliable, professional and able to work independently.


• Good communication and customer service skills.


• High standard of workmanship and attention to detail.

• Up to £45,000 salary \+ pricework
