Our client is a specialist engineering company that delivers a range of automated products, solutions and technical services for the manufacturing sector and they are recruiting for an Electrical Design Engineer to join their team on a permanent basis. As an Electrical Design Engineer, your role will focus on managing electrical design projects from initial concept through to delivery.

Electrical Design Engineer Responsibilities:

• Gather electrical design specifications from new and existing customers


• Manage electrical design projects from initial concept through to delivery


• Create detailed electrical designs and schematics using AutoCAD Electrical


• Ensure that electrical designs meet the clients’ exact requirements


• Create BOMs for the manufacturing process for each project


• Provide technical support to customers and the wider engineering team

Electrical Design Engineer Requirements:

• Previous experience working in an Electrical Design Engineer position


• Must be able to create detailed Electrical Designs using AutoCAD Electrical Software


• Must be able to manage design projects from initial concept through to delivery


• Must be a team player


• Must have good written communication skills
