Clinical Lead – Early Intervention in Psychosis (EIP) Bradford \& Airedale
An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Clinical Psychologist or Psychological Therapist with a passion for clinical leadership to join the Bradford and Airedale Early Intervention in Psychosis (EIP) Service as Clinical Lead.
This is an opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping psychological practice, influencing therapeutic delivery, and embedding psychologically informed care across a nationally recognised high‑performing service.

The Clinical Lead is a key member of the EIP Triumvirate of Care, working within a dynamic senior leadership team that champions culturally responsive, psychologically led ways of working.

Key responsibilities include:
Providing clinical leadership within the Psychological Therapies Team
Offering specialist consultation on complex presentations
Mentoring, supervising, and developing trainee and qualified therapists
Actively shaping the strategic direction of psychological therapies within EIP
The role includes a small clinical caseload, enabling you to maintain accreditation and advanced clinical skills.
The majority of your time will be dedicated to:
Embedding a strong psychological perspective across the multidisciplinary team
Facilitating team formulation and reflective practice
Contributing to senior management and service development meetings
Designing and implementing a training and development matrix for therapists and the wider service
Research, Outcomes \& Innovation
You will have oversight of therapy outcome measures, working closely with our Data Analyst and Assistant Psychologist to collate, interpret, and translate data into meaningful service improvements. There is significant scope to shape research, evaluation, and innovative approaches—particularly in work with individuals, families, and marginalised communities.

The postholder will work strategically across the local system, crossing organisational boundaries and unblocking traditional barriers to access, ensuring that keyworkers are embedded within the pathways across health, education and LA facilitating a keyworker for all children, young people and families that need it.
