STAREDUCATION INT LIMITED is a UK\-based international education consultancy specialising in providing professional study abroad guidance and educational planning services to students and families. We work closely with leading educational institutions and support students throughout their international education journey.

As our business continues to grow, we are seeking a motivated and commercially minded Education Sales Consultant to join our team and support the expansion of our services within the Chinese\-speaking community in the UK and overseas.

The Education Sales Consultant will play a key role in developing new business opportunities, converting enquiries into clients, and maintaining strong relationships with prospective students and their families. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the entire client journey from initial consultation through to enrolment while contributing to the company's growth objectives.

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within target markets.

  • Conduct consultations with prospective students and families to assess educational goals and recommend suitable study pathways.

  • Manage and convert sales leads through effective follow\-up and relationship\-building activities.

  • Achieve individual and team sales targets and key performance indicators.

  • Develop and maintain long\-term relationships with clients, educational partners and referral sources.

  • Deliver accurate information regarding university admissions, educational programmes and application procedures.

  • Assist clients with application planning and progression throughout the admissions process.

  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities using internal systems.

  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities.

  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to improve lead generation and client conversion rates.

  • Represent the company at educational events, exhibitions, seminars and networking opportunities.

Requirements


  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.

  • Minimum one year of experience in sales, business development, education consultancy, student recruitment, customer relationship management or a related field.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong commercial awareness and ability to work in a target\-driven environment.

  • Ability to build trust and maintain professional relationships with clients from diverse backgrounds.

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM systems.

  • Native or near\-native Mandarin Chinese language skills and professional\-level English language skills.
Desirable Requirements
  • Experience within international education, overseas study consultancy, student recruitment or higher education sectors.

  • Knowledge of UK and international higher education systems.

  • Experience working with Chinese\-speaking clients and families.

  • Experience organising educational events or promotional activities.
