We are seeking an experienced and ambitious Education Consultant Manager to lead our consultancy team and oversee student recruitment and university application services.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of consultants, driving student recruitment initiatives, maintaining high service standards, and ensuring students receive professional and accurate guidance throughout their educational journey.

\- Team Leadership \& Management

\- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Education Consultants to achieve individual and team performance targets.

Provide coaching, training, and professional development opportunities for consultants.

\- Conduct regular performance reviews and support continuous improvement initiatives.

\- Develop and implement best practices across student consultation and application processes.

\- Student Recruitment \& Business Development

\- Develop and execute student recruitment strategies in collaboration with the marketing team.

\- Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and recruitment channels.

\- Represent the company at education fairs, seminars, university events, and recruitment activities in the UK and overseas.

\- Build and maintain relationships with schools, universities, education partners, students, and parents.

\- Educational Consultancy

\- Conduct high\-level consultations with prospective students and parents regarding UK higher education opportunities.

\- Advise students on course selection, university choices, admissions requirements, and application strategies.

\- Oversee complex undergraduate, postgraduate, and doctoral applications.

\- Ensure all student records, applications, and communications are accurately maintained within the CRM system.

\- Quality Assurance \& Compliance

\- Monitor consultation quality and application success rates.

\- Ensure all services comply with UK education sector regulations and ethical recruitment practices.

\- Keep the team informed of changes to university admissions policies, visa regulations, scholarship opportunities, and education trends.

\- Develop educational resources, training materials, and internal process documentation.

\- Bachelor's degree or above; Master's degree preferred.

\- Minimum 3 years of experience in education consulting, student recruitment, university admissions, or related fields.

\- Previous experience managing, mentoring, or supervising a team.

\- Strong understanding of UK higher education systems and university admissions processes.

\- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

\- Fluent English and Mandarin (written and spoken).

\- Strong organisational and leadership abilities with excellent attention to detail.

\- Ability to work independently while effectively managing multiple priorities.

\- Commitment to delivering exceptional student outcomes and service quality.

\- Competitive salary: £42,000–£56,000 per annum.
