Education Consultant
Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Study Abroad Consultant to join our growing team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in providing professional overseas study application solutions and one\-to\-one academic consultation for students and families. Focused on UK and international university admissions, this role combines professional educational consulting, client development and sales target delivery. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with strong communication and presentation skills who are passionate about the education industry, willing to explore new markets and deliver consistent sales performance while creating genuine value for clients.
Responsibilities
- Deliver professional consultations and presentations to prospective students and parents, including introduction of overseas university entry requirements, programme advantages, application policies and study pathways.
- Analyse clients’ academic background, study demands and career planning, and formulate personalised, tailored overseas application solutions and admission strategies.
- Conduct market development and customer acquisition work through multiple channels, expand new client resources and maintain stable customer growth.
- Follow up with potential clients continuously, track their consultation intentions and decision progress, resolve customer doubts promptly, and promote interview conversion and contract signing to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Maintain accurate and detailed client files and communication records, regularly sort out customer feedback, and optimise consulting service strategies accordingly.
- Keep fully updated on the latest UK and international university admission policies, entry criteria, programme updates and industry trends to ensure professional, accurate and up\-to\-date consulting services.
- Cooperate with the internal operation team to support follow\-up service after client signing, ensuring a smooth and standard application process for students.
- Confident and professional presentation skills, capable of communicating with and persuading diverse clients including students and parents effectively.
- Relevant experience in overseas study consulting, education sales or customer development is preferred but not essential; a positive working attitude and strong willingness to learn are essential.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese, able to explain complex admission policies and academic plans clearly and logically.
- Possess market sensitivity and customer development awareness, with proactive sales mindset and target\-oriented work style.
- Well\-organised and resilient, capable of managing multiple client cases simultaneously and following up with clients systematically.
- Proactive, detail\-oriented and self\-motivated, with strong time management and problem\-solving capabilities.
- A degree in education, linguistics, business or related fields is advantageous but not mandatory.
Pay: £25,000\.00\-£40,000\.00 per year
