Responsibilities:
- Lead automotive projects from project initiation through development, validation, industrialization, and delivery.
- Define and maintain project plans, milestones, deliverables, priorities, and timelines.
- Coordinate cross\-functional teams including engineering, validation, quality, software, hardware, manufacturing, purchasing, and suppliers.
- Act as the main interface between the customer and internal project teams.
- Monitor project progress and ensure that deliverables are completed according to agreed timing, quality, and cost objectives.
- Identify project risks, dependencies, and potential delays and define appropriate mitigation and recovery plans.
- Track project KPIs, actions, open points, and critical issues.
- Organize and lead project meetings, steering committees, and customer reviews.
- Ensure clear communication and alignment between all project stakeholders.
- Manage changes in scope, requirements, priorities, and project constraints.
- Coordinate resource planning and ensure appropriate allocation of competencies across the project.
- Follow project budgets, forecasts, and financial performance where applicable.
- Support escalation and issue\-resolution activities.
- Ensure compliance with customer requirements, internal processes, and applicable automotive quality standards.
- Support project documentation, reporting, and management reviews.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of project\-management processes and best practices.
