About Mococo
Mococo is a growing multi\-brand jewellery retailer with stores in Manchester and North Wales, alongside our e\-commerce business based in Cheshire.
We stock more than 20 jewellery brands, alongside our growing own\-brand collections and dropship partners.
We are looking for a commercially focused Ecommerce Trading Manager to take ownership of product portfolio, product performance, online merchandising and inventory across the business.
You will manage an Assistant who will support the day\-to\-day product and stock administration.
The Role
This is a hands\-on trading role sitting across e\-commerce, merchandising and inventory.
You will use sales, stock and customer data to make commercial decisions, ensuring the right products are available, visible and promoted at the right time.
Key Responsibilities
- Own day\-to\-day e\-commerce product performance and inventory management.
- Oversee stock availability, replenishment, transfers and stock accuracy across the business (online and in stores)
- Improve and maintain stock processes through systems and automation.
- Merchandise the website around stock, trading priorities and customer demand.
- Monitor revenue, conversion, AOV, sell\-through, stock cover and availability.
- Identify best sellers, slow\-moving stock, range gaps and trading opportunities.
- Use shopify and brand partner product data to influence collections, pricing and inventory.
- Manage product creation, pricing, inventory and bulk product updates.
- Oversee goods\-in, replenishment, transfers, stock takes and shrinkage. Monitor sell\-through, stock cover, stock turn and aged stock.
- Analyse product, brand and category performance and recommend actions.
- Identify opportunities to improve navigation, product discovery and conversion.
- Manage and develop the Stock \& Product Assistant.
- Experience in e\-commerce trading, merchandising, stock management or online retail (essential)
- Strong Excel and analytical skills (essential)
- Shopify experience (essential)
- Commercial understanding of e\-commerce and retail KPIs.
- Confident using sales and inventory data to make trading decisions.
- Experience managing a large product catalogue.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
- Confident managing a large number of SKUs across multiple locations.
- Proactive and comfortable taking ownership of performance.
- Fashion, jewellery, beauty or accessories experience desirable.
- Multi\-brand or multi\-site retail experience.
