The Role

We are looking for an Product \& Content Assistant to join our ecommerce team and support with the day\-to\-day administration of our online trading activity. This role will work closely with the entire Ecommerce team to help publish new products, maintain data and enhance product enrichment. The ideal candidate will be highly organised, have strong attention to detail, and be comfortable working through admin\-based tasks in a fast\-paced ecommerce environment, all whilst keeping our customer front of mind.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the ecommerce team with day\-to\-day admin tasks across the website.

  • Assist with product uploads, product updates, content changes, and promotional setup.

  • Help ensure product information, pricing, imagery, descriptions, and website content are accurate and up to date.

  • Assist in data enrichment through product attribute mechanics.

  • Support category assignment to help business organic growth.

  • Carry out regular site walkthrus to identify incorrect content, broken links, pricing issues, or customer journey problems.

  • Assist with merchandising tasks, including product ordering, category updates, and promotional visibility.

  • Help prepare products and content for new launches, campaigns, and seasonal activity.

  • Support the team with basic reporting, data checks, and performance updates where required.

  • Work with internal teams to help gather information, assets, and updates needed for ecommerce activity.

  • Raise issues or blockers to the wider ecommerce team when they need further investigation.
Essential Experience and Skills
  • Strong attention to detail.

  • Good organisational skills with the ability to manage admin tasks accurately and efficiently.

  • Basic understanding of ecommerce or a strong interest in working in ecommerce.

  • Confident using Excel or Google Sheets for basic data tasks.

  • Good communication skills and the ability to work with different teams.

  • Able to follow processes and complete tasks to deadlines.

  • Proactive approach with a willingness to learn.

  • Organised and reliable.

  • Proactive and keen to learn

  • Comfortable with multiple projects ongoing.
Desirable Experience
  • Previous experience in an ecommerce, retail, digital, or admin\-based role.

  • Experience using an ecommerce platform or content management system.

  • Proficient in Excel

  • Great communication skills
