We are looking for a results\-driven eCommerce Marketing Executive to help accelerate our online growth, increase brand visibility, and drive revenue through digital channels.
Key Responsibilities
eCommerce Management
- Manage and optimize the brand's eCommerce website.
- Ensure product listings, descriptions, pricing, and promotions are accurate and up to date.
- Monitor website performance and customer experience to improve conversion rates.
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across Google, Meta (Facebook \& Instagram), TikTok, and other relevant platforms.
- Manage paid advertising budgets and optimize campaign performance.
- Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to increase customer retention and repeat purchases.
- Coordinate content creation for website, social media, email, and advertising campaigns.
- Work with designers, photographers, and influencers to create engaging marketing assets.
- Support social media growth and community engagement initiatives.
- Track website traffic, sales performance, customer acquisition costs, and ROI.
- Generate regular performance reports and provide actionable recommendations.
- Use analytics tools to identify growth opportunities and customer behavior trends.
- Implement strategies to increase online sales and customer lifetime value.
- Manage promotional campaigns, product launches, and seasonal marketing activities.
- Support loyalty, referral, and retention programs.
- 2–5 years of experience in eCommerce, digital marketing, or a similar role.
- Experience with Shopify, WooCommerce, or other eCommerce platforms.
- Strong understanding of Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, and email marketing.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics and reporting tools.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Data\-driven mindset with strong analytical abilities.
- Experience in fashion, lifestyle, beauty, or consumer brands is an advantage.
