Brand Extro \& Vert is a growing lifestyle and fashion brand focused on delivering high\-quality products and exceptional customer experiences. We are looking for a results\-driven eCommerce Marketing Executive to help accelerate our online growth, increase brand visibility, and drive revenue through digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

eCommerce Management

  • Manage and optimize the brand's eCommerce website.

  • Ensure product listings, descriptions, pricing, and promotions are accurate and up to date.

  • Monitor website performance and customer experience to improve conversion rates.
Digital Marketing
  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across Google, Meta (Facebook \& Instagram), TikTok, and other relevant platforms.

  • Manage paid advertising budgets and optimize campaign performance.

  • Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to increase customer retention and repeat purchases.
Content \& Social Media
  • Coordinate content creation for website, social media, email, and advertising campaigns.

  • Work with designers, photographers, and influencers to create engaging marketing assets.

  • Support social media growth and community engagement initiatives.
Analytics \& Reporting
  • Track website traffic, sales performance, customer acquisition costs, and ROI.

  • Generate regular performance reports and provide actionable recommendations.

  • Use analytics tools to identify growth opportunities and customer behavior trends.
Customer Growth \& Retention
  • Implement strategies to increase online sales and customer lifetime value.

  • Manage promotional campaigns, product launches, and seasonal marketing activities.

  • Support loyalty, referral, and retention programs.
Requirements
  • 2–5 years of experience in eCommerce, digital marketing, or a similar role.

  • Experience with Shopify, WooCommerce, or other eCommerce platforms.

  • Strong understanding of Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, and email marketing.

  • Familiarity with Google Analytics and reporting tools.

  • Excellent communication and project management skills.

  • Data\-driven mindset with strong analytical abilities.

  • Experience in fashion, lifestyle, beauty, or consumer brands is an advantage.
