Ecommerce Manager

My client is seeking a commercially focused Ecommerce Manager to drive online sales and optimise their Shopify website. You will be responsible for developing and executing the ecommerce strategy, enhancing the customer journey, analysing website performance, and identifying opportunities to improve conversions and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimise the Shopify platform to maximise sales and user experience.


• Develop and deliver the e-commerce strategy to support business growth.


• Monitor and analyse performance using Shopify Analytics, Google Analytics (GA4), and other reporting tools.


• Identify opportunities to improve conversion rates, customer engagement, and retention.


• Optimise the end-to-end customer journey through data-driven improvements and testing.


• Work closely with marketing teams on SEO, PPC, email marketing, content, and promotional campaigns.


• Produce regular performance reports and actionable insights.

• Proven experience managing a Shopify-based e-commerce site.


• Strong understanding of e-commerce strategy, analytics, and conversion rate optimisation.


• Experience with Google Analytics and website performance reporting.


• Knowledge of SEO, PPC, email marketing, and digital marketing best practices.


• Strong analytical, commercial, and problem-solving skills.


• Passion for creating an excellent online customer experience.
