We are seeking a dynamic and detail\-oriented Ecommerce Inventory Manager to lead the management and optimization of our online product inventory. Duties
- Manage end\-to\-end inventory processes across ecommerce platforms, ensuring accurate stock levels and timely replenishments
- Utilize ERP systems such as AS400, Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Power BI, and Tableau for data analysis, visualization, and reporting to inform decision\-making
- Conduct root cause analysis on stock discrepancies, supply chain bottlenecks, and fulfillment issues to develop effective solutions
- Negotiate with suppliers, 3PL providers, and logistics partners to optimize shipping costs, delivery times, and inventory availability
- Oversee warehousing activities including stocking, materials handling, shipping \& receiving, and heavy lifting operations with forklift certification as needed
- Implement process improvements in inventory management workflows to increase efficiency and reduce waste
- Collaborate with merchandising teams on category management strategies to align stock levels with sales trends and seasonal demands
- Proven experience in ecommerce inventory management or retail supply chain roles with strong understanding of logistics and materials handling
- Proficiency in data mining, SQL, data analysis skills, and data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau
- Knowledge of ERP systems like AS400 or similar warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Strong analysis skills for root cause identification and process improvement initiatives
- Excellent negotiation skills with suppliers and logistics providers to secure favorable terms
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and operate forklifts safely; forklift certification preferred
- Familiarity with shipping \& receiving procedures within a 3PL environment and warehouse experience essential
- Experience with merchandising strategies, category management, retail management practices, and materials stocking processes
Pay: £25,420\.00\-£58,929\.63 per year
