eCommerce & Data Coordinator
The eCommerce \& Data Coordinator is responsible for supporting the management and continued development of UVISON’s eCommerce website, product information and associated business data.
The role will take ownership of maintaining accurate product, supplier and pricing information across our systems, managing large volumes of product data and supporting the business in identifying opportunities to improve online sales and operational efficiency.
The role will also be responsible for developing and managing UVISON’s clearance stock programme, helping the business effectively manage slow\-moving and obsolete stock.
This is a varied role requiring strong attention to detail, excellent IT and data\-management skills and a proactive approach to identifying and implementing improvements.
Key Responsibilities
Website \& eCommerce
· Maintain and update product listings, pricing, images and technical information on the UVISON website.
· Import and maintain supplier product information.
· Create new product listings using supplier catalogues, price lists and other available information.
· Create and update website landing pages and promotional content.
· Upload banners, documents and other website content.
· Ensure information published on the website is accurate and kept up to date.
· Support the optimisation of product pages for search engines (SEO).
· Regularly review the website to identify errors, functionality issues and opportunities for improvement.
· Liaise with UVISON’s website developer where technical support or development is required.
· Identify and recommend opportunities to improve the customer journey and increase online sales.
Data Management \& Analysis
· Maintain and update large volumes of product and supplier data.
· Import, review and validate supplier price lists.
· Identify pricing discrepancies, missing information and other data\-quality issues.
· Implement corrections and maintain the accuracy and consistency of product records.
· Prepare data for system imports and exports.
· Manage data using Excel and CSV files.
· Produce and analyse reports from Sage using Excel.
· Assist with stock, supplier and pricing data management.
· Support improvements to the way business data is maintained and used across the company.
Clearance Stock Management
· Develop and maintain a dedicated Clearance section on the UVISON website.
· Identify slow\-moving and obsolete stock suitable for clearance.
· Research appropriate and competitive pricing while considering required margins.
· Maintain accurate stock availability and pricing.
· Develop promotional offers and clearance campaigns.
· Monitor clearance sales and stock performance.
· Recommend actions to improve sales and conversion.
· Work with suppliers and internal teams to identify further clearance opportunities.
Skills \& Experience
The successful candidate should:
· Be highly confident using Excel and working with large volumes of data.
· Have excellent attention to detail and a methodical approach to work.
· Be comfortable learning and working with different business systems.
· Have experience working with eCommerce websites or platforms such as WooCommerce or similar.
· Have a good understanding of product presentation and online customer experience.
· Be commercially aware and able to identify opportunities to improve sales and efficiency.
· Be confident working with numbers, pricing and product information.
· Be able to manage their own workload and take ownership of projects and ongoing responsibilities.
Experience in the following would be advantageous:
· WordPress, WooCommerce or Zen Cart.
· SEO.
· Google Analytics.
· Basic HTML/CSS.
· SQL or Power BI.
· CSV imports and exports.
· CRM or ERP systems.
· Sage or similar accounting/business software.

· GCSE Maths and English, or equivalent.
· Further education in Business, IT, Data or Marketing would be advantageous.
· Relevant practical experience will be considered in place of formal qualifications.

Pay: £30,000\.00\-£35,000\.00 per year
