We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated teacher to join our supportive team this September, working with a small class of 6 pupils aged 5–8, all learning within an Early Years curriculum framework. About the Role

You will:

• Lead a small class of just 6 pupils, enabling strong relationships and tailored learning


• Deliver a creative, engaging Early Years-based curriculum adapted to meet individual needs


• Foster a nurturing, inclusive classroom environment where children feel safe, confident, and motivated


• Work collaboratively with a skilled team of teaching assistants and specialists


• Use a range of strategies to support communication, social development, and emotional wellbeing

We are looking for someone who:

• Holds QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or equivalent


• Has experience in Early Years and/or SEN settings (desirable but not essential for the right candidate)


• Is patient, adaptable, and committed to inclusive education


• Brings creativity, warmth, and energy into the classroom


• Is confident in planning and delivering differentiated learning opportunities

• Incredibly small class size – focus on quality teaching and meaningful progress
