About the Role
You will:
- Lead a small class of just 6 pupils, enabling strong relationships and tailored learning
- Deliver a creative, engaging Early Years-based curriculum adapted to meet individual needs
- Foster a nurturing, inclusive classroom environment where children feel safe, confident, and motivated
- Work collaboratively with a skilled team of teaching assistants and specialists
- Use a range of strategies to support communication, social development, and emotional wellbeing
We are looking for someone who:
- Holds QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or equivalent
- Has experience in Early Years and/or SEN settings (desirable but not essential for the right candidate)
- Is patient, adaptable, and committed to inclusive education
- Brings creativity, warmth, and energy into the classroom
- Is confident in planning and delivering differentiated learning opportunities
- Incredibly small class size – focus on quality teaching and meaningful progress
