As an Early Careers Teacher (ECT) you will:
- Motivate, engage and inspire your students.
- Facilitate a well sequenced curriculum and child-centred learning.
- Manage behaviour positively and in line with the schools' ethos and procedures.
- Ensure learning and lessons are well sequenced and meet the needs of children.
- Adhere to professional practice standards and legislation, including confidentiality, safeguarding, equality, diversity and inclusion policies
- Flexibility: Choose when and where you work, and enjoy a better work-life balance.
- Variety: Work with different age groups and schools, keeping your teaching experience diverse and engaging.
