The Role

Join a dynamic Early Careers team supporting high\-volume student recruitment across impactful Early Identification (EID) programmes. You’ll manage end\-to\-end programme delivery \- from attracting talent to running events and driving conversions \- while helping widen access to career opportunities and creating a best\-in\-class candidate experience.
This is 4\-months assignment, UK remote.### Key Accountabilities

What you’ll do:

  • Own end\-to\-end delivery of EID programmes (planning, recruitment, delivery, conversion)

  • Manage candidate pipelines and provide support and coaching throughout their journey

  • Partner with AMS, Talent Engagement, and internal teams to ensure smooth delivery

  • Plan and deliver engaging events (logistics, vendors, coordination)

  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders and ensure programmes are well\-staffed

  • Analyse programme performance (data, surveys, conversion rates) and drive improvements

  • Contribute to programme design and continuous enhancement

Skills \& Requirements

Must Have


  • Experience in recruitment (ideally high\-volume or early careers)

  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

  • Proven ability to manage projects or programmes end\-to\-end

  • Organised, detail\-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities

  • Data\-driven mindset with strong analytical skills

Nice to Have


  • Experience in Early Careers / campus recruitment

  • Event or programme management experience

  • Exposure to RPO environments or working with suppliers

  • Passion for diversity, inclusion, and early talent development
