E-Mail Marketing Operations Analyst (Part-Time)
<p><em>InvGate is a fast growing SaaS company that develops products for IT management and service automation, used by clients in over 60 countries in industries such as banking, e-commerce, education and technology.<br><br></em></p>
<p>We are looking for an <strong>Email Marketing Operations Specialist</strong> <strong>(Part-Time, 4 hours per day)</strong> who can execute, manage, and optimize our email marketing campaigns and nurturing workflows. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, technically inclined, and comfortable working with marketing automation platforms to ensure campaigns are deployed accurately and perform effectively.</p>
<p><br><em><strong>Your tasks:</strong></em></p>
<ul>
<li>Build and send email campaigns using predefined templates and provided copy.</li>
<li>Maintain and update nurturing sequences to ensure they remain accurate and relevant.</li>
<li>Manage audience segmentation in collaboration with Demand Generation and sales operations teams.</li>
<li>Ensure proper setup of campaigns, including links, formatting, and tracking parameters.</li>
<li>Monitor campaign performance and nurturing flows.</li>
<li>Report on key email metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversions</li>
<li>Identify and flag inconsistencies, errors, or improvement opportunities in campaigns.</li>
<li>Support ongoing optimization of email workflows and automation processes.</li>
</ul>
<p><em><strong><br>The ideal candidate:</strong></em></p>
<ul>
<li>Has experience working with email marketing platforms such as ActiveCampaign and/or HubSpot.</li>
<li>Has previous experience in email marketing, marketing operations, or a related role.</li>
<li>Is highly detail-oriented and able to follow structured processes accurately.</li>
<li>Has a basic understanding of email marketing metrics and performance analysis.</li>
<li>Is comfortable working with data, segmentation and marketing automation tools.</li>
<li>Demonstrates curiosity and willingness to learn and improve technical skills.</li>
<li>Can work collaboratively with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Demand Gen, Sales Ops).</li>
<li>Is organized and capable of managing multiple campaigns simultaneously.</li>
