E&I Package Owner - Pharma Project

PM Group are seeking an experienced E\&I Package Owner to join a Chemical Plant construction project team in Schaffhausen. PM Group is an employee owned, international project delivery firm. :

• Lead and manage electrical and instrumentation package delivery from design development through commissioning for a pharma manufacturing facility


• Oversee E\&I design coordination including power distribution systems, process control integration, and instrumentation requirements for pharmaceutical operations


• Manage contractor selection, performance monitoring, and quality control for electrical installations including cleanroom power systems and process automation


• Coordinate with process engineers and automation specialists to ensure E\&I systems meet pharmaceutical manufacturing requirements and regulatory standards


• Supervise installation of critical electrical infrastructure including emergency power and UPS systems


• Ensure compliance with electrical codes, EU safety directives, and pharmaceutical industry standards throughout E\&I construction phases


• Manage package budgets, change control processes, and schedule adherence while maintaining quality standards for pharmaceutical\-grade installations


• Facilitate design reviews, technical specifications approval, and coordination meetings with multidisciplinary project teams


• Oversee E\&I commissioning activities including system testing, loop checking, and performance qualification protocols for validation

• Experienced managing E\&I construction projects, preferably within pharmaceutical or process manufacturing industries


• Strong knowledge of electrical regulations, EU safety standards, and pharmaceutical industry requirements for electrical and control systems


• Experience with pharma facility qualification for electrical and instrumentation systems


• Understanding of process control systems, automation technologies, and specialized electrical requirements for pharma manufacturing


• Proven track record managing complex technical packages with multiple stakeholders and regulatory requirements


• Bachelor's degree / diploma in Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering, or related technical discipline


• Advanced German and English language skills
