KNOW THE ROLE

The E\-Commerce Studio Stylist will operate within a fast\-paced, high\-output digital production environment, delivering elevated and commercially strong on\-model styling that reflects each brand’s DNA while aligning with Brown Thomas Arnotts premium visual standards. Reporting directly to the Head Stylist and Studio Manager, the role requires strong creative instinct, efficiency, and exceptional attention to detail. The Stylist will collaborate closely with photographers, models, production teams, and the wider digital department to ensure consistent, high\-quality e\-commerce imagery across all categories.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver daily womenswear, menswear and still life styling aligned with brand guidelines and company visual standards

  • Interpret briefs to create commercially relevant, trend\-aware and aspirational looks

  • Collaborate closely with photographers, models and production teams to achieve premium, consistent imagery

  • Provide confident on\-set direction while maintaining efficiency and shoot flow

  • Participate in structured feedback sessions to refine styling and align with evolving visual direction

  • Ensure all garments are prepped, steamed, fitted and presented to the highest standard

  • Maintain exceptional attention to silhouette, proportion, fit and brand identity

  • Proactively identify and flag garment issues to Styling or Production teams

  • Stay current with fashion trends, seasonal collections and styling techniques

  • Adapt styling across a diverse portfolio of premium brands while maintaining platform consistency

  • Work efficiently to meet daily targets and production schedules in a high\-volume studio environment

  • Support quality control, visual consistency and a professional studio environment through strong cross\-functional collaboration
KNOW WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
  • Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in fashion styling or a related creative role

  • Experience within e\-commerce or high\-volume studio production is highly desirable

  • Strong understanding of garment construction, fit, proportion and brand positioning

  • Confident styling across designer womenswear, menswear and still life categories

  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to work to tight deadlines

  • Collaborative team player who can take direction while contributing creative input

  • Detail\-oriented, adaptable and solutions\-focused

  • Passionate about fashion with a strong commercial eye and understanding of luxury positioning
