- Procurement \& Supply Chain: Monitor stock levels, track product velocity, and coordinate re\-orders with domestic and international suppliers to prevent stock\-outs on core products.
- Customer \& Trade Support: Handle escalated customer queries regarding technical product compatibility or transit issues. Help develop our repeat Trade Program for local plumbers and builders.
- Baseline Growth Marketing: Coordinate basic promotional campaigns, oversee seasonal clearance events for slow\-moving stock, and manage baseline e\-commerce marketing activities.
- Proven E\-commerce Experience: 2–4\+ years managing an online store, ideally dealing with bulky goods, home improvement, building materials, or furniture.
- Systems Fluent: Strong experience with e\-commerce platforms and inventory management/ERP systems
- Logistics Mindset: A solid understanding of warehouse workflows, picking/packing efficiency, and working with pallet or freight networks.
- Technical Aptitude: Comfort learning and explaining technical product specs (e.g., plumbing layouts, sizing, and dimensions) to customers and trade clients.
- Problem Solver: A resilient attitude ready to handle the unique daily puzzles of physical retail, from tracking a delayed container to resolving a courier damage claim.
- Competitive salary with performance\-based bonuses linked to stock accuracy and sales growth.
- Genuine autonomy to shape, automate, and scale our digital operations.
