As part of our continued growth, we're looking for an ambitious and commercially minded Ecommerce Sales Team Member to drive online sales across eBay, Amazon, and other ecommerce platforms. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys selling, spotting opportunities, and making a measurable impact on business growth.
The Role
We're seeking a self\-motivated individual with a passion for ecommerce and a strong sales mindset. You'll be responsible for maximising sales performance, growing our online presence, and identifying new products and opportunities that increase revenue.
The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, excellent organisational skills, and the drive to continuously improve listings, customer engagement, and marketplace performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive online sales growth across eBay, Amazon, and other ecommerce platforms.
- Identify opportunities to increase revenue, conversion rates, and marketplace performance.
- Work closely with the purchasing team to source, launch, and promote new products.
- Create, optimise, and manage product listings, descriptions, pricing, and promotions.
- Analyse sales data, customer behaviour, and market trends to inform sales strategies.
- Monitor competitor activity and identify opportunities to gain market share.
- Maintain exceptional product presentation standards and ensure content accuracy.
- Develop and implement Amazon A\+ Content and Brand Stores.
- Support wider ecommerce initiatives aimed at increasing brand visibility and customer acquisition.
- Experience selling products through eBay, Amazon, and other online marketplaces preferred but not essential, if you have the drive to sell we can teach the platforms.
- A proven sales\-focused mindset with a genuine enthusiasm for driving revenue growth.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high\-quality listings.
- Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects effectively.
- Commercially aware with the ability to interpret sales data and make informed decisions.
- Knowledge of garage equipment, workshop tools, or a related industry would be advantageous.
- Able to work independently while contributing positively within a team environment.
