About Us
Funtasy Ltd is a rapidly growing online retail business based in Ashford, Kent. We sell a wide range of everyday consumer products through major online marketplaces, including Amazon, Temu, eBay and TikTok Shop.
As our business continues to expand, we're looking for an enthusiastic, organised and motivated person to join our office team.
Previous experience in e\-commerce is not essential. We're happy to provide training to the right person who has a positive attitude, strong computer skills, good numeracy and a willingness to learn.
The Role
You'll help manage the day\-to\-day running of our online marketplaces, ensuring our products are listed accurately, competitively priced and presented to a high standard.
This is a varied role combining online retail, product management, pricing, basic financial calculations and customer service.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Creating and uploading new product listings across Amazon, Temu, eBay and other online marketplaces.
- Updating existing listings, including product titles, descriptions, images and product information.
- Researching competitors and monitoring product prices.
- Calculating product costs, selling fees, delivery charges, profit margins and profitability.
- Updating selling prices to ensure our products remain competitive and profitable.
- Responding to customer enquiries and messages in a professional and helpful manner.
- Resolving customer issues, including delivery enquiries, returns and refunds.
- Monitoring marketplace accounts and identifying problems with listings or product availability.
- Using AI tools to assist with creating and improving product listings.
- Maintaining accurate product information and spreadsheets.
- Working closely with our buying and warehouse teams.
- Helping identify opportunities to increase sales and improve efficiency.
We're looking for someone who is bright, reliable, organised and comfortable working with computers and numbers.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Strong computer skills and confidence learning new software.
- Good numeracy skills, including percentages, basic calculations and an understanding of profit and costs.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good written English and communication skills.
- A logical, practical approach to solving problems.
- Good organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- A willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities.
- A positive attitude and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Experience with Amazon, eBay, Temu, Excel, Linnworks or WooCommerce would be useful, but is not essential. Full training will be provided.
We're more interested in finding someone with the right attitude, strong numerical ability and good attention to detail than someone who has already worked in online retail.
